Payment and Shipping

 

Venturion offers free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage to the continental US and accepts most major credit card networks, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. Your payment information is completely secure. International shipping speed, method, and cost will be dependent on your region, as our fulfillment centers are based in the USA. You will receive email confirmations of your order and shipment status.

Order Cancellation

Due to high demand and the complexity of our inventory, we do not allow orders to be canceled under normal operating conditions to ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers.

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?

 

Depending on if your order contains a made-to-order item, it can take 1-3 days to ship, generally falling earlier.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Venturion offers a two-year warranty on all products. We also offer free (excluding shipping) returns for new products in original packaging for 14 days after you receive your order. In cases where the shipped product is defective, we offer full refunds to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Contact us to initiate a return process.

Kindly note that warranty and returns do not apply to the following:

  • Normal wear-and-tear consistent with age

  • Improper maintenance and care

  • Loss or theft

  • Used non-defective products

Track My Order

When processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment on a carrier's website.
